The DC brushless Hall motor in the PL-530 turntable combines Hall elements with a high torque motor and a semi-conductor circuit.
Hall elements, production engineered by Pioneer, are used to switch the polarity in the motor.
Since purely electronic communication is used for switching the motor drive circuit, harmful noise is not generated, and smooth, even rotation can be obtained with high durability.
